- Client Experience – Rocket fuel for your practice
A fantastic client experience is at the heart of a sustainable and profitable advisory practice. Also, superior client experiences result in sticky clients, who would refer many more to their advisors.
The focus of this 3-hour workshop will be to understand how we can deliver a client experience that will elevate the value of the advisory engagement and leverage it to take the practice to the next level.
There are four levels of client experience which will be discussed during the workshop. We will work on what we can do at each level to ensure a deep connection.
- Build trust in your engagements
Trust is often cited as one of the most important aspects of an advisor-client relationship, with more trust leading to higher retention levels and overall client satisfaction. It is also a way for advisors to be effective and grow their businesses. Not much research has been done to understand how trust can be promoted and what antecedents lead to the development of trust within the financial advice context.
The focus of this interactive workshop will be to understand the anatomy of building trust in our client relationships. We will get insights from past research and learn practical techniques to win the trust of our clients.
In addition to these, we are planning a networking session. The detailed agenda will be updated at the earliest.
