Associate Membership

Associate Membership is open to the Persons Associated with Investment Advisers (PAIAs) of ARIA member RIAs. This membership can be applied only by the parent RIA member, on behalf of their PAIA and the parent member must be an active member of ARIA. Corporate RIA can add one PAIA as associate member free of cost.

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate membership is open to finance professionals who are not currently registered as RIAs but are associated with the financial services ecosystem and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in investment advisory.

This includes:

• Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) holding a valid ARN
• Personal finance professionals or students with valid registrations/certifications, such as:
1. CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
2. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
3. FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
4. CA (Chartered Accountant)
5. NISM Certifications (Series X-A, X-B)
6. QPFP (Qualified Personal Finance Professional, certification)
